Mr. Mamdouh AlShantir, Internal Audit Director
Mamdouh AlShantir is an Internal Audit Director, he is responsible for developing and implementing an effective internal audit function in JOTC, which provides independent, objective, and consulting services to add value and improve JOTC’s operations. Prior to joining JOTC, Mr. Mamdouh was employed by Faisaliah group where he was responsible for conducting financial, compliance and operational audits for major subsidiaries, managing the internal audit functions for HQ and group. He also worked as internal Audit Manager at several Retail Businesses in Saudi Arabia, Iraq, and Jordan.
Mamdouh has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Philadelphia University. Mr. AlShantir is also a Certified Audit Professional with ACPA, CRBA and CICP professional certificates.
